Time passed
Its been a while not blogging...n lots of things happend in a flash...however this doesnt stop me from doing my rubber band ball project..
here wat u get to c...from where i stop till now


this is phase 2...which using baseball as indicator of the growth of rbb...Amazing rite!!

Things happend during de time im not blogg

Due to "permanent shut down" of my old pc..i need to fund my new pc...sell off my parts at lelong.com.my  n same time...car spoiled...roughly spent bout 3k for tat..sigh...

Whats make me do this?

Weekend...Yeah! 
is the forth weekend of the year...n CNY is around de corner...cant wait for the angpow collecting season heheh...anyway...so far i hv been squeeze my weekend till very very de dry...in fact im doing 
more tiring job during de weekend last week went to sales convention n can say fully recharge my motivation level to push me further..this week even went to football with colleagues n did sum CNY shopping at Royal Sporting House...(bought one bery cheap England jersey at RM99) n carrefour (to buy rubber band)...when i reached there n asked de personnel...surprisingly hypermarket dun sell rubber band...tat is weird...it sell almost everything but not rubber band!!??nvm tat is ok may b i can try out tesco next time....later on will go pasar malam again...after come back will continue tie my rubber band ball ;)

    




Why do i do this?
There are no concrete reason when i 1st doing this (tieing rubber band and make it into ball)and it all started at this place
 
  



which is at my workstation...the place where i work every weekdays...the drawer i used to put alot of rubber band now only left few (cos the rest i edy used on my RBB - rubber band ball edy)
cos there are no spaces to accomodate all these rubber band...so at the sudden i just took out sum rubber band n tie them together so it save sum space...n the more i tied...the more ball look it looks like...Initially is looks like a square cube like object so i just make a few round of rubber band around de object...n it changes to a sphere like object...as i seen it is very cute and bouncy like ping pong ball...

wheni show it to my friends...they asked "wats tat?"

I reply"believe anot, this is made up of rubber band"

with sum curiousity face n asked "how u made this ball?"

i then reply "is a long story and is coincidence it turn up into a ball when i try to organise my stuff"

 

The Progress...
For now the ball is edy grow up into a size that my hp camera cant fit into the screen...why do i say so...check this!!



C the last pic of the ball, is under de same screen of every pic but this ball is too big to fit in the screen of my hp camera

the last picture showed it had tie up close to 500 rubber  band together...took 3 weeks to do it...n i would consider 
this is the end of the phase 1 project....
in coming pic i would use a relative size of the RBB
(probably baseball to match with this RBB)

Next RBB story
How do i tie this ball up? technical n systematical way tat can tie the ball tight n strong n bouncy...(u might think is easy but is not...cos is rounded)

Daily Routine (including work!)

Hi!Im Steven...full name Siew Chok Wai...just graduated from 
Victoria University of Technology, Australia 2 years ago Dec (2005)...after completed my degree of marketing n international trade..i hv been joining a series of training prog before i start working in a foreign bank as personal banker...sumhow i found that my workload in bank are getting more n more n more with extra pressure +  lots of paperworks n appointments to attend...multitasking is a norm to me...otherwise, i wont b able to finish my daily tasks...on top of tat i need to maintain a monthly sales target of close to RM300k in term of investment and insurance sales...wat to do? thats how work life is....

After work?
sumtimes can b left totally exhausted from working (after 6pm)there will b friends asking for TT session (Teh Tarik), dinners or makan myself which allow me to recharge my energy for a while...my daily mode will b super duper de boring after i join into de workforce...dinner...bath...reading newspapers....interneting...msn...
then sleep sumtimes TV when i found there are nice prog to watch like fear factor, ripley believe anot...or sum chinese movie n english drama like grey anatomy...there is only when i found i not sleepy...all these activities taken my time up to 1-2am (most of the days but im trying to reduce to b4 12am as a thumb rule for working ppl...hey now im working dude...no more doing my assignment or prepare my test at midnight like old days)

Guten Morgen!(Good Morning!)
Then the next morning i ll b wake up at 730am...however theres another habit i need to change which i used to snooze the clock (my motorola V3i) to 740am heheheh....been doing tat lots of times edy...then i ll do sum small praying for the 
day n go for wash up for about10min n breakfast will take about 10-20min n ironing of cloth n wear it about 10min...arrive in office by time with my nissan sentra 91' is timeless hehe cos is very de near only 
take 6km of drive....but the toll fee at sunway is terribly high...60% 
increment means i hv to pay another 60cents per trip...flow n back cost me RM3.20 (can buy me an eco rice edy...)

Amazing Briefing Yesterday Morning
Due to the upgrading of bloggers services...i cant upload the latest blog for u all...
yesterday as in tuesday i was giving a briefing on a Unit trust fund that will be launching on wednesday n after i finish my briefing i asked whether is there any questions or doubt with my briefing...so eventually my branch manager step up to me n asked....

"Steven, wat do u think of this fund...personally"

i reply "this is one of its kind investment fund in the market...is rare to c this fund appear in market..n when i explain to prospects they are just *blink! really? let me know the launching date for this fund*"

Branch Manager asked again "So, do u have confidence to sell this?"

everyone is silent n i reply "if i have no confidence, i wont be standing here giving this briefing"


all of the sudden everyone claps n cheers ....kekek felt like this is the greatest sentences to prove my confidence level....

1st from the left is a bit unstandardised with the 2nd n 3rd....as 2nd n 3rd i hv put a 1 sen coin?

u can c de slight differencex of the ball i make for these 3 days...the 3rd days ball roughly reach about 300 rubber bands... this is initial part when i 1st started up tie the rubber band ball... when more days count...then u can c de significant changes of the ball...

Today would be a historic day for me as i begin my blog after since
so long the blog is exist on net...may b is abit slow however...

Why would i want to BLOG?
think u will be curious y i would start up a blog in a sudden....
there are reasons behind and all these will b unveil
when u begin to read read read read read... blogging myself
is interesing...but...i personally felt tat blog is dull when u dun
blog together with ur smalllittle details, events, jokes, or story....
thats why im here today to blog my newly developed hobbies

This is a rubber band ball...wat make so different?
becos it make up of rubber band (duh i know tat oso)u ll b experience the 1st sense -excitment- only when u continue view my blog....y im saying so...
for each blog u view u ll c the difference of each ball...
it ll getting bigger n bigger as i ll continue to tie this ball up with
rubber bands one by another ...so far for this size of ball...i hv beenusing close to 100 rubber bands...u might be thinking how i
made this tiny little thing ?asking why im so boring till nothing to
do but to make this ball...(All these will be answered in the next blog)
for each pic...there will be a comparison of a rubber band ball with
another circle particle just like below...i set it with a 1 sen coin and a
baseball cos is reachable within my hand range when i wanted to take this shot...and i take this shot when im laying down on my bed...c de bedsheet???
